Profibe is still the best natural supplement on the market for reducing cholesterol. I have taken it off and on over the past 2 years. Every time I take it for about 3 months, my cholesterol is reduced. I also have my doctor trusting in this stuff. The taste is not so great and at times can be quite hard to swallow but I will take it considering the alternative of medication.

Interestingly enough, I was taking ProFibe for almost a year and my cholesterol level, specifically my LDL level, was normal (below 100). I went without taking the product for almost 6 months without any dietary change or change in exercise habits. I was just in to the doctor last month for a yearly physical and my LDL level was 146. OUCH! I'm back on the ProFibe and hoping that it will once again come to my rescue and prevent me from having to take prescription statins, which I know can have very harmful side effects over time, causing liver and muscle disorders.

I have been using profibe for over 2 years. My cholesterol was over 200 when I first started using Profibe. I had blood work done on April 14th and my blood work came back normal. I didn't get any numbers, just that everything was "normal". I mix profibe with orange juice & take it twice a day. I like it.
